For companies I regularly create profile pictures. This is a way to have a uniform look and feel in the profile picture presentation in LinkedIN for all employees of the company. A small detail but a professional impact in the recognisability within such a social media platform. Besides profile pictures I shoot some personal pictures as well. This person represents a real boss like figure. In reality he was a boss, but not the boss; he was responsible for a large department within a company. Later in life he started his own company and that made him the real boss. Looking at this image I realise that without actually knowing what he did, he sure looks like a boss, no matter what.
